Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you place an order through elvisbrew.co.za. By completing checkout you agree to be bound by them.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order online, your order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the prices and quantities shown. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify your payment.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Yoco at checkout. Your order is only fulfilled once payment has been confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your parcel. We use Bob Go to compare and book a courier on your behalf. Estimated delivery times are based on courier service levels and exclude weekends and public holidays. Once your shipment is collected we will send you a tracking link.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If the parcel is delivered to the address you provided, that delivery is considered complete.

Returns and refunds

• Coffee items cannot be returned for a refund. If they arrived damaged, defective or you received an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at products@elvisbrew.co.za with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
• Merchandise and apparel may be returned in unused condition with original tags within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective or you received an incorrect item.

Out of stock

If an item in your order is out of stock after payment, we will contact you to either substitute the item, hold the order until it is back in stock, or refund the difference.

Intellectual property

The Elvis Brew name, logo, and all artwork, photography, and content on this site are the property of Elvis Brew. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our written permission.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elvis Brew is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of the site or any product purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
